Kahan Gaye Woh Din

This week, I am turning the clock back a bit and getting a tad nostalgic. This has been a week where the news of NDTV being taken over by the Adanis has dominated the headlines. The evening the story broke when I returned home, I had a slightly melancholic, sentimental feeling.. After all, I did spend eleven wonderful years at NDTV. On my wall at home, there is a photo that is a reminder of the early NDTV days, a photo that I have shared on my twitter timeline. The photo has Harkishen Singh Surjeet, the late CPI M leader on the extreme right of the frame; I am sitting next to him, next to me is Dr Prannoy Roy, besides him are Dorab Sopariwala and Mahesh Rangarajan. On the extreme left in the picture is guess who: the one and only Narendra Modi.
